Yes. We have indoor RV and boat bays measuring 12′ × 40′, 14′ × 50′ and 14′ × 55′. Each comes with its own garage door opener, keypad code entry, a light that turns on as the door opens & an electrical outlet.
How tall are your RV & boat bays?
Our enclosed units measure 14 ft high, with a 13 ft 6 in clearance at the garage door.
Is there plenty of room to back in my trailer or RV?
Yes. Our buildings are separated by a 70-foot-wide concrete drive, so there’s plenty of room to swing wide and back in a trailer, boat or RV.
Does my RV or car have to run?
Yes. Your vehicle must run. It cannot be towed into our facility.
Are any units climate-controlled?
We currently do not have any climate-controlled units. Our indoor bays keep your RV or boat out of the sun, hail and snow.
Can I store a work trailer or equipment?
Yes. Contractors and small businesses store work trailers, tools and equipment with us.
When can I get to my unit?
Gate hours are 5 AM to 10 PM. If your business needs access at other hours, please speak with management and we’ll see what accommodations we can make for you.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No. All of our rentals are month-to-month. When you’re ready to move out, we appreciate a week’s notice.
